How is Plaios different from other AI agencies?
Most agencies sell a chatbot or a single automation. We install the layer underneath: your business written down where the AI reads it, your tools connected, a record of every piece of work. Every skill we build after that starts out knowing the business. We don't push a tool for the sake of it.
How do we know if we're ready?
You're ready if the same questions get answered by hand every week, the knowledge sits in two or three heads, and you've already tried ChatGPT and wished it knew more. A twenty-minute call is usually enough to tell.
How much of our time will it take?
About forty minutes of talking in the first session, then short sessions across two weeks. We do the setup and the writing. You answer questions and say yes or no.
How long until we see it working?
The full install takes about two weeks.
What happens after the install?
We stay while your team starts using it, fix whatever feels awkward, and leave a written guide inside the system. After that it's yours and keeps running without us. A light monthly check-in is available, and optional.
We don't have a tech team or tidy data. Can we still do this?
Yes. That's the normal starting point. The operating system starts from what's in your head, your inbox and your documents, and we handle every technical step.
We've tried AI before and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?
It usually doesn't stick because the AI never knew the business, so every use started with a briefing nobody had time for. The install fixes that first, and we stay until your team is actually using it.
What does it cost?
The install is a fixed written quote, given after a short call and before any work starts. You pay your AI plan directly, and there's no Plaios subscription to keep it running. Skills added later are quoted the same way.
Where does our data live?
On your machine and your accounts. Model calls go to the AI provider under your own account and their terms. Anything that touches personal data is designed around GDPR from the first session.
Who owns it afterwards?
You do: the workspace, the context, the skills, the record, the accounts. If Plaios disappeared tomorrow, nothing would stop working.
